The location of the hotel is stunning, in a quiet neighborhood. It's really close to the town center where most restaurants/bars are located, as well as attractions and public areas. the bedroom is well-designed and modern. Fridges and glassware provided were a big plus.

Everything was lovely, met the criteria, and the staff were well experienced people on one shift. The location was particularly good and stunning, near the Siofok beach, in the very very nice area. Balatonszeplak - Ezustpart district was worth exploring.

This venue offers spacious accommodations perfect for playing table tennis, with a beautiful location near the center and attractions.

It was clean and quiet. The aircon worked well. The spa facilities were ok. The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from.

The hotel is overpriced. They gave us a seaview room with no sea view; when asked they said it faced the sea! Directions and distances marked on the road from the station to the hotel were misleading, which was extremely frustrating.

A family hotel, only a lot of children running around. Not to recommend to stay there if you are not with your family. This hotel private beachside was close to a joke..very small and crowded with people. Wifi only in public areas.

The hotel was easey to find and there were several restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was very noisey - The nise from the corridor, adjoining rooms, and above was far to intrusive. Breakfast was not of the standard I would expect of a 4 star hotel. Despite informing the reception staff on arrival that I needed to check out early they still tried to bill me for the full duration.

This place has incredibly friendly staff and a stunning location near a beautiful neighborhood with lake views, just a short walk from the city center, beach, and shore.

Our entire family loved this facility. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area were pleasing to the senses, and enjoyable in every way. The staff was gracious and helpful. We can highly recommend this hotel.

A great and awesome location, we will come back. It is an excellent property located in Balatonszeplak-Ezustpart district just off the beach, the lake, town, cafes, and the Balaton lake. the staff are elegant, managing the parking outside. the superior king room is elegant with a good-sized balcony and a large bed. They offer nice service.

We where offered a new-fashioned and stylish room with a very big shared balcony, free mini drinks and tea. Location: the hotel was so close to all the attractions, and the shore of Lake Balaton. Easily reached Calvados Etterem, located just a short stroll away from the property, had lunch/dinner there👌

The hotel was new, food was very good and staff very nice.

There is no wi-fi in the room. We found some candy wrappers under the bed.
